Hotel Appia or Hotel De Provence??!

I am looking for a fairly cheap hotel for 4 nights in July as my flights were quite expensive and I know I%26#39;ll need lot%26#39;s of spending money!

Hotel de Provence gets good reviews but is £300 for the 4 nights. The Appia also gets quite good reviews but there are only two reviews, but it is almost half the price!

Has anyone stayed at either of the two hotels and can add further reviews? Also I have friends staying on Rue Hoche, if this could be taken into consideration!

Thanks

The Hotel de Provence is much nicer in my opinion- much better location etc.

Depends what you want from your hotel though. If it%26#39;s just a room for sleeping rather than anything else, sure the Appia would be fine and you could spend the money saved on something else. It is a bit closer to the rue Hoche as well.

Another suggestion would be the Hotel PLM ,the Villa Tosca or the Hotel Riviera on Rue Hoche (not to be confused with the Hotel Cannes Riviera on Boulevard Alsace)

Hope this helps.
