Bateaux Parisiens located at the foot of the Eiffel Tower has a decent dinner cruise.

They have different menus ranging from 95-140 euros
This is a topic that has been discussed and opinions vary.
If you search the Trip Advisor forums for Paris dinner cruise you%26#39;ll get some good input.
You can have a nice evening on the Seine experience. Reviews are mixed about the menu itself. You are paying for the scenery.
Booking ahead is always a good idea if you want to lock in a specific date, but it is also something that your concierge should be able to arrange from the hotel.

Yachts de Paris has a very expensive meal but it is supposed to be superb.
Bateaux Parisiens is another choice, and has a decent looking menu. Although I understand the music gets a bit disco-dancy-sing-along-ish toward the end of the cruise.
Do a search on the forums and you%26#39;ll find all sorts of posts about all of the cruises.
