can anyone tell me what bus stop to get off for hotel helvetique on hotel des postes i think its bus no 98 from the airport

Yes you want the route 98 bound for the bus station. Sit tight as the bus goes along the sea front and when it finally turns in to the town at Albert 1st Garderns is when you get off. Otherwise it will take you all the way into the bus station.
You walk across the gardens to Place Massena, and up the main street Av Jean Medecin. The rue Hotel des Postes is the second right as I recall, after rue Giofreddo. Helvetica is around 5 - 10 minutes walk from getting off the bus.
