mobile sim card.

wish to buy as Mobile SIM card in Paris which i can use BOTH to send and receive SMS messages to/from Germany, Austria and Bulgaria(as these are the countries that i plan to visit). Which brand/company%26#39;s Mobile SIM card should i buy that has ecomoical price too? Does that SIM card has some validity as i need for atleast 15days.

Will it be cheaper if i buy one in CDG or Orly airports?or same price anywhere in Paris?

Please suggest. Thanks in advance.
