I know this year%26#39;s summer sale starts on June 28, 2007. Our family is planning a trip to Paris mainly to haunt for designer bargains. We%26#39;ll be there from July 5th to 14th. Is it too late to begin shopping? Is it better to be there right on June 28th? Or it doesn%26#39;t really matter? Will good bargains / sizes / goodies run out quickly? Are we going to miss big time? If it does, we might have to reschedule. Help is greatly appreciated. =)

Well, in Paris the sales will start on June 27th , so you will miss the first week and probably the best affairs because you will get less choice .. for clothes, the most common sizes will probably miss , but if you have the luck to be interested in something that isn%26#39;t bought yet after the first week you perhaps can get a better discount .
If the sales are one of the main purpose of your trip , i would recommend you to be here the first day , and early !
If for exemple you intend to visit some famous stores like Hermes, Louis Vuitton , you must know that the ladies are waiting in front of the door much time before the opening time !

oh, bummer - I will miss it too as I will be there and gone in June, but well before June 27th. :(
