Latin quarter hotel suggestion

Hi

I have chosen hotel Unic Renoir hotel, Address is follwing

56, rue du Montparnasse 75014 Paris

Any review good/bad about this hotel ?

I am travelling in middle of June

Don%26#39;t know that hotel (have you checked the reviews yet?), but if the address ends in 14 then it%26#39;s not in the Latin Quarter (which is the 5th so it would end in 05) although it may be on the edge. But, so long as there is a nearby Metro stop, that may not be an issue for you (just a longer walk, if you%26#39;re planning to walk to most major attractions).

I just took a quick look at reviews -- sounds like you should consider carefully!

In the 5th, I like the Henri IV Rive Gauche. Also, Jardin du Luxembourg would be a very good location (albeit very basic hotel).

I have finalized my Hotel now . Its Libertel Austerlitz. in 75005 .Any body has any feedback.?

Now my other question is anybody has recommendation of any hotel near CDG Airport.? 1 or 2 start will be ok.

How to get to Paris Gare de Lyon train station from CDG.

Thanks in advance for any advise.
