Hi, we would like to go to paris for about 4 days, I was wondering if we would stay at the explorers hotel @ disney, How far is it to see the eiffel tower and the city it self? we would like to go to Disney 1 day and the rest of the time spent in and around the eiffel tower area. How far is it? and should we stay closer disney or should we stay at a hotel by the eiffel tower?

We stayed in the Explorer and it was fine. Great for kids. Paris takes about 35/45 minutes on the train from DLP. We got off at Arc de Triomphe and hopped on the Open Top Bus to see Paris.

Strolling the streets of Paris will be a lot more interesting than strolling the streets of the Disneyland Hotels area. I would absolutely stay in Paris and make the day trip to Disneyland rather than the other way around.
We were in Paris with our family of 5 a couple of summers ago and spent 7 nights in an apartment in Paris, then one night at Kyriad Marne-la-Valee. We are huge Disney fans and loved it there. However, Paris is Paris--one of the world%26#39;s greatest cities. Our boys (10, 8, and 4 at the time) really enjoyed it.
