arles, nimes, antibes, cannes - accommodatiion websites

We are a family of 4 and want air conditioned accommodation for just 2 nights in June 29. Everyone on the forum has warned me not to stay in Nice, but I can%26#39;t find any accommodation websites for these other areas. Any suggestions? Don%26#39;t mind hotel or apartment.

You can find the local tourist information offices for all towns in France on http://www.tourisme.fr/recherche/e_index.htm This also gives links to some of the big groups like abritel.

Arles: …ville-arles.fr/us/sejourner/hebergement.php

Nimes: ot-nimes.fr/english_nimes/sejour/hebergement…

Antibes: http://www.antibesjuanlespins.com

Cannes: http://www.cannes.fr/en/home links to http://www.cannes-hotel-booking.com/

Hi Perthmum

Have you tried Venere.com?

…venere.com/

tripadvisor.com/Hotels-g187217-Antibes_Frenc…

If you just google hotels cannes, hotels nimes, etc almost always the first hit is the tripadvisor hotel review page and you will find other hotel websites that way too.

Worldby.com sites are often helpful

This one has some choices for Provence but not Arles or Nimes

Hi Perthmum

You could also try -

www.cybevasion.com and www.activehotels.com -

as Faux mentions, www.venere.com is a good site, I have used it on several occasions, this year have booked a hotel in Arles through them. Once I had booked, I got an acknowledgement from the hotel.

I stayed in Nice last summer at the Hotel Brice, just a couple of blocks away from the beach. It is a nice hotel, good location. We were only there a couple of days, after staying in Arles for several days and Aix en Provence for a day or two at the Hotel Negre Coste. Hope this helps. Arles is my favorite, though.

Check the Nice or Provence Forums, I bet you will find more info. there!

I love Nice and don%26#39;t think there is anything wrong with staying there. It%26#39;s in a great location near many interesting and charming villages to visit and there is that stunning view of the sea along with the old city.
