I am arriving at Paris CDG in the morning and catching a train at Gare du Nord in the afternoon. I want to spend the day walking around Paris but I don%26#39;t want to drag my bags around all day. Is there a %26quot;Left Luggage%26quot; or other storage at Gare du Nord or nearby?

Yes, there are electronic lockers (%26quot;consignes automatiques%26quot;) at the Gare du Nord. They%26#39;re near the Eurostar platforms, look for an escalator down. There are different sizes of lockers; payment only in cash (as far as I remember), you will get a little ticket with a code number to open your locker. It can be very busy there, so don%26#39;t show up late or you%26#39;ll risk missing your train!
I understand that sometimes they%26#39;re closed for security reasons; but when they aren%26#39;t, your luggage will go through x-ray and if you%26#39;re carrying a laptop, you will be asked to show it working.
