How to get from Aubagne to Avignon

i am planning to arrive to Avignon from Aubagne. Do you have any idea the frequency of train to get there and how long does it take.

When is the first train and when is the last ?

There are no direct trains from Aubagne to Avignon. You will have to go to Marseille St. Charles station and then to Avignon.

Seems to me it would be easier to drive, but if you won%26#39;t have a car, you%26#39;ll have to check out the www.sncf.fr website for the train schedule out of Aubagne.

You don%26#39;t give a date, so I couldn%26#39;t check the exact trains out.

www.sncf.com

ter #81436 Aubagne 7:54 am - 8:15 Marseille St. Charles

connect to 8:31 am TGV train to Avignon - arrive Avignon 9:06

or

8:58 am Aubagne (didn%26#39;t write down all the train numbers) to Marseille St. Charles arrive 9:12 am Connect to TGV train departing 9:52 am to arrive in Avignon 10:27 am

or

10:06 Aubagne to Marseille arriving 10:21 connect to TGV train departing 11:24 am arriving in Avignon 11:58 am

These are available the 21st and the 20th of May. The normal tarif price is around 23.00 euros (changeable and reimboursable).

The trains into Avignon that I noted above to to the Avignon TGV station, you will then need to take the shuttle from Avignon TGV into the Centre Ville if that is where you intend to go. Cost is 1.35 euros for the shuttle (if memory serves). You can pay upon boarding.

Go to the site noted above (www.sncf.com) and take your pick of itineraries
