Hi
So Hotel Muguet in the 7th e and close to Eiffel is 130E per night for a double room without a view. Is this rreasonable ?
This is for our honeymoon and first trip to Paris so we would like a nice hotel in a nice, safe area close to cafes, bistros and the metro.
Any feedback would be appreciated..

I stayed at the Muguet. It is a clean small hotel in a quiet area. The Rue Cler is very close and has a few small cafes and shops. The Eiffel tower is just a few blocks away. The Metro station is about a block and 1/2 from the hotel.
I thought it was perfect for my wife and I when we stayed there. The prices have gone up some in the past few years, but it is probably worth it if you are looking for something clean and centrally located. Take a small picnic blanket and shop the Rue Cler, toss the blanket out on the grass in front of the Tower and enjoy yourselves.

Thanks a lot :)
