Hotel Bleau Marine?

Hi, Has anyone stayed here? if so how are the rooms? is this a good location to go sight seeing in Paris? thanks.

There isn%26#39;t a Hotel Bleu Marine *in* Paris anymore. The one in Montparnasse is now the Hotel Concorde Montparnasse.
