accommodation in paris

I ahve a weekend in paris arriving by eurostar, has anybody got any recommendations for not too expensive accommodation near eurostar station please, 2 - 3 *

This is not right by Gare du Nord but not far by cab but you I suspect you might like it unless someone leaves the lift door open and you are on the 6th floor
