Quck questions re itinerary

We%26#39;ll be spending six days in Nice and then going on into the Luberon for either two or three nights (unfortunately this is all the time we have). I would also LOVE to go to Cassis and take the boat ride to the Calenques. My question is, are we better off staying THREE nights in the Luberon and making Cassis a day trip from there, or spending TWO nights in the Luberon and then one night in Cassis itself? OR... could Cassis be a reasonable day trip from Nice (via train?)?? However we do it, from the final destination we%26#39;ll be driving back to Florence, Italy -- probably stopping for the night in Santa Margherita Ligure.

Regarding places to stay, we have an apartment in Nice all set but we%26#39;d still need to book either two or three nights in the Luberon (quaint farmhouse/B %26amp; B around Gordes or environs). I know it%26#39;s late in the game to be looking and I AM having trouble. If anyone has any suggestions I%26#39;d appreciate it very much.

Hi

You can easily drive to Cassis for the day from the Luberon. We have many guests who make it into a day trip.

Check out B%26amp;Bs in the Luberon on this site.

Enjoy Provence
