CDG tp Sat Tropez by train or fly????

I am finding it vrey to get a reasonable flight into St Tropez. The only thing I can find is Airfrance for over 500.00 US. Can I take a train and how many hours would that take?

Thank you for any help you may have!!!!

The nearest airport to St Tropez is at La Mole which has tiny planes and I am not sure if they have flights from Paris. Next is Hyeres/Toulon and they do have flights from Paris but I think Orly. From CDG are they suggesting that you fly to Nice?????? If so you are a long way from St Tropez. Perhaps they are quoting onwards connection by helicopter. Then you would need to take a taxi from the heliport. There is no train station at St Tropez. The nearest station is St Raphael which then needs a bus or boat or hire car or taxi.

After much research It seems like the most efficient way is for me to take a bus or taxi from CDG to Orly, catch a plane to Toulon (closer than Nice) and then a taxi or bus from Toulon to St Tropez. I sure hopo it%26#39;s worth it, thinking I should stay more than 3 nights as will be tired!!!!
