I am going over on the ferry from Dover to Calais with my neice from America. I am travelling with Sea France. What is the cheapest and/or fastest way to get to Paris from Calais? We have to travel by economic means given rate of dollar to euro!

You can take a coach direct from Dover to Paris with Eurolines, the price includes the ferry.
If you are already booked on the ferry then you will probably be best served by the train. You will need to get to Calais Ville station, there used to be a shuttle, usually the best route is to change trains at Amiens.
