We%26#39;re going to be in Paris during the French Open in May and missed the online lottery for tickets. Is there any other way to get tickets at the stadium? Does anyone have experience doing this? Are the lines ridiculous? We will also be traveling with our 2 year old son--will he need a separate ticket? The roland garros website is not very useful to answer these questions...

Anyone? Should I try calling roland garros?

We have 4 tickets to the French Open on Wednesday, May 30 for the Suzanne Lenglen court (plus grounds) but can use only 2 of them. We will be selling the other 2. However, I don%26#39;t know if you need another seat for your two year old, or if he can sit on your lap ....(.but probably not for long!!!)
I would suggest sending an email to multimedia@fft.fr with your question about whether your two year old needs a ticket. That%26#39;s the only website I know of that you can expect a response from, since the tickets website is no longer available.
Please let me know if you%26#39;re interested in buying the two tickets we have for sale. They are in row 20 of Suzanne Lenglen court, seats 32 and 34.

Hi
Any remaining seats for the 2007 tournament will be onsale from Monday 21 May at 9 am. During the tournament itself, the %26quot;Visiteurs du soir%26quot;/%26quot;Evening visitors%26quot; system will also operate.
This is explained on this page:
www.rolandgarros.com/en_FR/about/ticket.html
Here they re-sell at a discount any seats that are empty from people who have left the Stadium for the day.
I can%26#39;t find exactly where it says right now but I do think that children under 7 are free but they sit on your lap if you are in any of the three main stades which are the only ones with numbered seats.
Every year there are loads of scalpers selling tickets on the way to the stade. The tournament has been cracking down on these of late but it continues... problem here is you have no recourse should your tickets be counterfeit.
There are ticket consolidators with tickets but they get pricey...
www.francebillet.com
and
www.ticketnet.fr
There usually are tickets for sale for the outside courts and some great matches get played there the first week of the tourney. That%26#39;s when I go çause you can roam from court to court and catch loads of good play.
There are tickets available for the last week to watch the semi%26#39;s and finals on the big screen in front of Court Philippe Chatrier.
So there are ways to go about getting some kind of ticket if you really want to...
Good luck

Salholmes--
I wish we could buy your tickets but we need three adult tickets. Too bad!
I guess we%26#39;ll just try to buy leftover tickets or settle for the evening ticket option. We%26#39;ll be arriving early in the morning of the 23rd, will there be a tickets left or should we not bother?
Thank you for your advice.

We went to the French Open last year using the Night Visitor tickets and had a great time. They are on sale at 5:00pm. We paid 23.50 euro per person and saw Safin play Gonzales on Court Philippe Chatrier. There was no line for tickets the day we went - it was rather cold and windy that day. Our seats were great and just to walk the grounds was fun. We plan to do it again this year.

We did get two extra tickets for center court on June 4th if anyone is interested before I try and ebay them.
