Trying to get to Chantilly and back on May 26th 2007. Want to leave Paris (Gare du Nord) in the morning some time and return to paris from SNCF Chantilly-Gouvieux in the mid afternoon. Some articles say that the trains leave every hour; others say only a few a day - and then when I try to use SCNF all I get is confused!
Can any one tell me how many trains leave in the morning and come back in the afternnon ( and at what times?)? Also _ i read that you have to get to the station at least 30 minutes early to buy the ticket - is this what I should plan?
May 26th is Saturday.
Thanks for any and all help
Buck.

I am trying to remember which train I took a couple of years ago. I believe it turned out that both RER trains and also %26quot;regular%26quot; trains ran the same route which is why it got confusing. You might want to specifically check the site that show RER schedules.
