The hotel we%26#39;re put up in Paris has a check-out time at 12 noon. Our train to Italy is late in the evening (7pm).
I was wondering if we could store our luggage when we spend time going around the city after checking out.
Appreciate any inputs on this.

I looked into this as well. Some of the major train stations (but not all) have left luggage (consignes) facilities. It%26#39;s anywhere from 4-8 euros. You can get more specific information from the Gares en Mouvement website. I don%26#39;t have the address here at work, but if you Google it you should be able to find it.
Hope this helps!

Most hotels will hold your luggage until later in the day, even if you have checked out, usually with no charge (give the person who takes it and the person who brings it back a tip of a euro per bag). So you can just walk around and do sightseeing all afternoon, and pick up your bags a couple of hours before you catch your train.
